RULES
• Performances may be submitted on any instrument or ensemble, historical, classical or electronic.
• The sound recordings must be of good quality in mp3 format (NO videos please!)
• Recordings should be e-mailed to the following address: cabezon500@gmail.com together with the complete name of the performer, affiliation or city to which he or she belongs, date of birth and a brief curriculum of no more than 45 words. Information should also be included about the instrument or instruments used (builder, copy, year, temperament used, etc.).
• The recordings received will be submitted to an ad hoc FIMTE committee who will reserve the right to publish on the website only those it chooses to select. In order to achieve our goal and to avoid having too many repeated pieces, our website will provide regular information about the pieces already received and those which are still outstanding to complete the collection.
• The performer guarantees FIMTE the right to reproduce his or her performance on the www.fimte.org website in the context of the C@BEZÓN500 collection, at no cost to FIMTE. Copyright of the recording is retained by the performer. The performer guarantees to FIMTE that he or she owns the right to cede the recording to FIMTE and has signed no other agreement which might be in conflict with the present agreement.
• Participation in the C@BEZÓN500 project implies acceptance of these Rules.
FIMTE convoca a todos los tañedores de instrumentos que así lo deseen, a rendir homenaje a Antonio de Cabezón (1510-1566) en el 500 aniversario de su nacimiento, aportando su interpretación a la integral on-line de la obra del gran músico. La integral estará disponible gratuitamente en la página web de FIMTE desde el 13 de Junio de 2010.
BASES
1. Se aceptarán interpretaciones en cualquier instrumento o ensemble, sean éstos instrumentos históricos, clásicos o electrónicos.
2. Las grabaciones de sonido deberán ser de buena calidad y en formato mp3 (¡videos NO!)
3. Se aceptarán un máximo de 6 obras por intérprete.
4. Las grabaciones se enviarán a la siguiente dirección: cabezon500@gmail.com, junto con el nombre completo del intérprete, institución, o ciudad, a la que pertenece, fecha de nacimiento y un breve curriculum de un máximo de 45 palabras. Asimismo se incluirá información sobre el instrumento o los instrumentos utilizados (constructor, copia, año, temperamento utilizado, etc.)
5. Las grabaciones recibidas serán objeto de una selección por el comité ad hoc de FIMTE quien se reserva el derecho a publicar en la página web sólo las que considere oportunas. A fin de alcanzar nuestro objetivo y evitar demasiadas repeticiones de las obras, nuestra página web informará puntualmente de las obras ya recibidas y las que restan para completar la integral.
6. El intérprete garantiza a FIMTE el derecho a reproducir su grabación en la página web www.fimte.org en el marco de la integral C@BEZÓN500, sin coste alguno para FIMTE.
7. El copyright de la grabación es propiedad del intérprete. El intérprete garantiza a FIMTE que posee los derechos para ceder la grabación a FIMTE y no ha firmado ningún otro convenio que pudiera entrar en conflicto con este convenio.
8. Fecha límite de envío del material sonoro: 15 de Mayo de 20109. La participación en el proyecto C@BEZÓN500 implica la aceptación de estas bases.
